Any legal action or proceeding relating to the Site that is not resolved informally shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts.

Disputes relating to a product or service offered through one of our brands (for example, Miami Web AI or DropPace) are governed by that brand’s terms, including any arbitration or other dispute-resolution provisions set out there.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make changes, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page, and where the changes are material we may provide additional notice.
